I found David's team to be SO professional, on-time, accommodating.....there are not enough adjectives for me to describe how this team works. I would HIGHLY recommend Sebastian Painting to EVERYONE who needs a really good team to do this type of "home work". They even re-did my WHOLE kitchen cabinets.....from a very dull 80's style PINK, to a beautiful up-to-date white..........it's not the same kitchen!!!!! PLUS.....they re-did the entire house, with my color scheme. Talk about patience !!!!! We went through NINE different colors in the master bedroom. On the 3rd day of painting little square patches, we finally picked one out the I fell in love with!!!!

Started out with David (Sebastian) coming over to our old home and talking about re-touching certain walls. From there, we moved into our new home, and asked David (Sebastian) to come over and see what he could be done, (and how) to get our new home up to "par". He spent about 3 hours with us, discussing what could be done. Gave us a time estimate on how long his team would be in the house.....and so far, they are RIGHT ON SCHEDULE. They are still working on the house, (today is Thursday, Aug. 25th). They should be completed with the WHOLE HOUSE by Monday, Aug. 29th.
The finished project brought the tired-looking exterior trim on our territorial style Tucson home back from the dead. It also prepared our master bedroom for the application of plantation shutters. Immaculately done work, Dave's crew left no traces behind other than the beautiful finished product. I will be using them again in the future.
I had the popcorn on the ceiling of most of the rooms in the house removed. I had almost all the interior walls cleaned, primed, and painted as well as new doors that they then hung for me.
It was great. They showed up when they said. I felt safe leaving a key for them. They removed the popcorn and cleaned up entirely from that and then knocked out the painting. There were several areas on the ceiling and on the walls that drywall had been poorly taped and textured by previous owners. They did as much cover up of these areas as could be expected with a solid color wall. |
